The fossilised doubloon is inside the treasure chest.
To get it out, you need the brass key.  Then:
	UNLOCK CHEST WITH BRASS KEY

So to "solve" it, starting from the Entrance Cave, go:
	SW, W, S, E, N, IN, SE, W, OUT, U, E, GET ELECTRIC, E, OUT, GET BIBLE
Which leaves you in the graveyard in Worrik.

The Wizard Home complex (and the following map fragments) are not
connected to the main map, and can only be reached by magic
(teleporting or being summoned.)

I have to say that this is truly awful design.

More awful design here.  It would be nice to call it "idiosyncratic"
but I'm pretty sure it's just plain broken.  On top of which you have
to question whether these guys really need these huge multi-location
shrines to themselves when they were so peripheral to MUNDI.

These four locations are isolated from each other and from the rest of
the world.  The casket contains the death's scythe but is neither
openable nor unlockable, and doesn't have a key specified.  All very
sloppy.
