However, when I went to make upload the tiny change to the manuscript file (Action Links -> Edit Revision -> Attach Files), I found that the revision claims to have the old, initial manuscript, that it lacks the change-tracked manuscript and the response to reviewers, and that it has discarded figures 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 9 and both supplementary files. What the heck is going on? I know that the revision as I submitted correctly included the right versions of all files, as I viewed it in the submission-proof PDF. Here are the changes actually required: perhaps you could make them to the revised manuscript yourself? 1. At the end of the Table 1 caption, add: "Also available as SI 1" 2. At the end of the Table 3 caption, add: "Also available as SI 2" -- Mike.
