What's what in this directory.

CVS -- CVS control direction, contains information about how to update
	this configuration from the master repository.
start-server -- Shell-script to start the running Z39.50/SRU server.
	It runs on port 9999 and provides the database "request".
siebel.nzd -- Configuration file for the generic Z39.50/SRU-to-SQL
	gateway server, zSQLgate, including credentials used to
	authenticate with the Oracle database.
yazgfs.xml -- Configuration for the YAZ GFS (generic frontend server),
	including pointer to the CQL translation file.
pqf.properties -- CQL translation file, specifying how CQL indexes are
	translated into Z39.50 BIB-1 access points so that SRU and SRW
	can be supported as well as Z39.50.
form.html -- Trivial HTML form that can be used to submit SRU queries
	to the running server.  This is the most primitive possible
	demo.  For example, try the query "dc.title=*Fish*"
style.css -- Stylesheet for the HTML form.
