The contract exchanged in March 2005.

page1.jpg, page2.jpg, page3.jpg -- scans of the three pages making up
	the contract (150 dpi greyscale JPEG files).  That contract
	also includes a rider, not scanned as it is so short and is to
	be replaced.  The rider in the original contract says:

		Completion is to take place on the 19th of August 2005
		Provided if the Buyer is unable to complete his
		purchase on this date as a result of being unable to
		complete his related sale but has formally exchanged
		contracts with regard to that related sale then the
		completion date shall be extended to the 28th February
		2006 or earlier by agreement and upon the Buyer
		formally exchanging contracts in relation to his own
		sale he will pay to the Seller a further deposit of
		£18,000.00

	but this is to be replaced by the simpler version:

		Completion is to take place on the 28th of February
		2006 or earlier by agreement.  Upon the buyer formally
		exchanging contracts in relation to his own sale he
		will pay to the Seller a further deposit of £18,000.00
