Tunable

We want to be able to play with parameters:

• Number of hops allowed for each search
• ``Broadness'' of searches (fan-out at each peer)
• Degree of randomness in query routing
• Maximum TTL of searches in the network

We can conduct network-simulation experiments to determine optimal values of some or all parameters.
